Order Confirmation
Every order is confirmed directly over WhatsApp before it's prepared. Please double-check the product, quantity, and delivery details with our team at that stage.
Cancellations
You can cancel or amend your order any time before we begin preparing it — just message us on WhatsApp. Once preparation has started, orders generally can't be cancelled due to the fresh, made-to-order nature of our products.
Returns
Because our products are perishable and made fresh to order, we're unable to accept returns once an order has been delivered.
Quality Issues
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or below the quality you expect, message us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery with a photo — we'll sort out a replacement or refund.
Refund Method
Approved refunds are arranged directly with our team, using the same payment method used for the original order wherever possible.
